Cancellation Policy
Retail Store Online Order Pick Up and Cancellation Policy
- All orders must be picked up on the selected pick-up date during store hours. Customers who are unable to pick up their order on the scheduled date should contact Twin Fireworks by phone (765-659-5100) or by email (office@twinfireworks.com) to request a new pick-up date. Customers who do not pick up their orders or request a new pick-up date on or before their originally scheduled pick up date may have their orders cancelled and will be subject to a 10% service fee.
- Customers who request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing their order will receive a full refund. Cancellations requested more than 24 hours after placing an order will be accepted but will result in a 10% service fee.
Terms and Conditions Customer Agreement
I, the individual placing this order have read and agree to the terms and conditions regarding online orders fulfilled by Twin Fireworks LLC. I understand that requesting to cancel my order more than 24 hours after the order has been placed will result in a service fee that accounts for 10% of the total order value. I also understand that if I am unable to pick up my order on the scheduled pick up date I must contact Twin Fireworks on or before my originally scheduled pick up date to reschedule or my order may be canceled and a service fee that accounts for 10% of my total order value will be incurred.
